Data Modelling & Architecture
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business and analytics needs.
- Define and maintain data architecture standards, frameworks, and documentation.
- Ensure consistency, integrity, and reliability across all data structures.
- Translate business requirements into robust architectural solutions.
Data governance & quality
- Define policies for data quality, metadata management, and data lineage.
- Partner with governance teams to ensure compliance with internal rules and external regulations (GDPR, etc.).
- Implement processes to improve data accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and product teams to understand data needs.
- Act as the technical advisor for data‑related projects across the organization.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business‑friendly way.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field
- 5+ years in data modelling or architecture roles
- Proven experience designing cloud-native solutions in Azure
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Fluent in Dutch or French and English
