We are looking for packing employees who are available to work in a three-shift system (food industry) in Dendermonde?

You will be working in the packing department of a company that specializes in packaging frozen products. This role involves working in a refrigerated environment (approximately 10°C).
Your main tasks include:
- Checking product quality
- Packing various products (such as fish, snacks, vegetables, etc.) into boxes or bags
- Applying labels
- Stacking boxes on pallets
- Maintaining close communication with the operator
- Other related tasks
What we expect from you:
- You have previous experience in a production environment or are willing to learn, and you can work flexibly in a three-shift system (morning, late and night shift).
- You are comfortable performing physical work at a steady pace.
- You have a good command of Dutch or English to understand safety instructions.
- You can travel independently to Dendermonde each day, as the company is located in an industrial zone and is not accessible by public transport.
- You are looking for long-term employment and are willing to complete a 2-hour packing test after a successful interview.
