Recruitment Consultant 180 Model - Candidate side - Brussels
- Identify and attract qualified freelance professionals through sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess expertise
- Evaluate and match candidates with client requirements
- Build long-term relationships with freelance professionals
- Engage with passive candidates and develop a strong talent pipeline
- Provide candidates with guidance and market insights
- Partner closely with the sales team to understand client needs and deliver relevant talent solutions.
- Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS.

- At least 3 years experiences in recruitment
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and talent evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven experience in sourcing, headhunting, or recruitment.
- Ability to understand professional backgrounds and identify transferable skills.
- Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional communities.
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch
