What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, OLJ, and other channels
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Maintain ATS records and recruitment reports
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
