- Inbound/outbound cold calling for sales outreach • Adding customers to schedule in CRM • Initial customer contact & company overview calls • Providing sales quotes to prospects • Daily follow-up calls (5–7 conversions/day) • To follow up conversation with the client • Follow-up voicemail outreach • CRM data entry & scheduling • Answering inbound customer service calls
