Job Description

  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost
  • estimates.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather essential information.
  • Conduct site visits to understand project scope and conditions.
  • Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor
  • expenses.
  • Prepare and present cost summaries and reports to management and clients.
  • Review and update estimates as project details evolve.
  • Maintain a database of historical data for future reference.
  • Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender documents.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods.

Hard Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Must have proven experience as a Project Estimator in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation
  • techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 7AM - 4PM Pacific Standard Time Zone

Offer and Benefits:

  • Weeks 1–4: $5 USD/hour
  • Weeks 5–8: $6 USD/hour
  • Weeks 9 onwards: $7 USD/hour
