Data Analyst
Role Overview
The Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing data licensing processes, ensuring clients receive accurate and timely data exports. This role also involves developing and maintaining industry reports, conducting data-driven analysis, and supporting research and consultation projects.

Responsibilities
Data Licensing & Reporting
Manage the data licensing process, ensuring data accuracy and timely client deliveries.
Oversee the creation, updating, and distribution of key industry reports.
Identify and propose new reports and insights that can be packaged and shared regularly.
Collaborate with clients purchasing data-related consultation services and custom reporting.
Support ad-hoc data projects by providing research and analytical insights.
Day-to-Day Tasks
Process data exports for licensed clients and internal reporting.
Compile, analyze, and format industry metrics and metadata.
Conduct research to gather and validate additional data for reporting purposes.
Provide data support for commercial initiatives, including sales proposals and client requests.
Develop tools and templates to streamline data processing and report generation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Commercial teams to support client licensing, sales efforts, and data requests.
Collaborate with Product teams to identify data gaps and improve collection and automation processes.
Tools & Platforms Used
Data Management & Analysis: Airtable, Google Sheets, Mixpanel
Communication & Workflow: Slack, Framer, Figma
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Proficiency in managing and analyzing structured datasets.
Experience with database management and querying tools (e.g., SQL).
Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
Familiarity with data scraping tools or APIs is a plus.
Ability to create clear and visually appealing reports.
Soft Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
Strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity about data trends.
Experience & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in data analysis or reporting, preferably in media, technology, or entertainment.
Certifications in data analysis or visualization (preferred but not required).
English proficiency (Native or equivalent level).
