DailyJobbs is a free remote job search platform. We aggregate publicly available job listings from leading job boards and employment platforms around the world and make them searchable in one place — saving you time in your job search.
We are not a recruitment agency, employer, or staffing firm. We do not process job applications or represent employers or candidates in any capacity. Job seekers apply directly through the original source platform — DailyJobbs is never involved in that process.
2. What Information We Collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. Here's what we collect and why:
Information collected automatically
When you visit DailyJobbs, our servers automatically record basic technical data to keep the site running securely:
- Server logs: Your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages you visited, and the date and time of your visit.
- Search activity: Job titles, keywords, and location filters you search for — used only to improve search results.
- Device & browser info: Screen size, language, and other browser-reported settings.
- Cookies: A small number of essential cookies to operate the site. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Job alert subscriptions
If you sign up for job alerts, we collect the information you provide in the subscription form:
- Email address (required) — used to send you matching job alerts.
- Name (optional) — used to personalise alert emails.
- Job preferences — category, job type, remote location, and any keywords you specify — used to filter and match relevant listings to your alerts.
You can unsubscribe from job alerts at any time using the unsubscribe link in any alert email. We will stop sending emails and mark your subscription as inactive immediately.
Employer job posting information
If you submit a job listing for publication on DailyJobbs, we collect the details you provide through the posting form:
- Your name and email address
- Company name and website
- Job title, description, application URL, location, job type, and category
- Billing details necessary to process your payment (handled by our payment provider — see Section 4)
This information is used to publish, manage, and display your job listing on DailyJobbs.
Contact messages
DailyJobbs does not require you to create an account or register to use the site. If you contact us — for example, by emailing us with a question or feedback — we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
What we don't collect
We do not collect resumes or CVs, application history, or messages between employers and candidates — all applications go directly through the source platform. We do not run advertising networks or use third-party tracking pixels. We do not store government IDs, health data, or any other sensitive personal information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect only to:
- Keep DailyJobbs running reliably and securely
- Understand how visitors use the site so we can make it better
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats
- Send job alert emails that match your saved preferences
- Publish and manage job listings submitted by employers
- Process payments for job posting orders
- Respond to your messages when you contact us
- Meet our legal obligations
We do not use your information for targeted advertising, sell it to data brokers, or use it for automated profiling that affects you in any meaningful way.
4. Payment Processing
Job posting fees are processed securely by LemonSqueezy, our third-party payment provider. When you pay for a job listing, your payment card details are entered directly on LemonSqueezy's secure checkout — we never see or store your full card number, CVV, or complete payment credentials on our own servers.
We do retain the following order information on our end: your name, email address, company details, the job listing submitted, your chosen plan, the order reference number, and payment status. This is necessary for us to activate your listing, manage your posting credits, and handle any billing enquiries.
LemonSqueezy maintains its own privacy and security standards. You can review their policies on their website.
5. Do We Share Your Information?
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
We may share information only in these limited situations:
- Hosting & infrastructure providers: Companies that help us run the website (server hosting, security monitoring). They are contractually required to keep your data secure and use it only as we instruct.
- Payment provider: LemonSqueezy receives the information necessary to process job posting payments. They are an independent data controller for the data they collect.
- Legal requirements: If we are required by law, court order, or government authority to disclose information, we will do so. We will notify you where legally permitted.
- Business transfers: If DailyJobbs is ever acquired or merges with another company, your information may be part of that transfer. We will notify you and you will have choices about your data.
- Aggregated, anonymous data: We may publish anonymised statistics (e.g. "most searched job titles this month") that cannot identify you.
6. Job Listings & Third-Party Sites
DailyJobbs displays job listings sourced from external job boards and employer websites. When you click View Listing or Apply Now, you leave our website and go to a third-party site. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
We strongly encourage you to read the privacy policy of any external site before submitting your personal information, including your CV or resume.
DailyJobbs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any of the source platforms whose listings appear on our site.
7. How We Protect Your Information
We take security seriously. Our protections include:
- HTTPS encryption for all data travelling between your browser and our servers
- Strict access controls — only authorised personnel can access server infrastructure
- Regular security monitoring and vulnerability checks
- A defined response plan in the event of a data breach
That said, no system connected to the internet is 100% secure. If you ever have a security concern, please contact us immediately.
8. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your data only as long as we need it:
- Server logs: Automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Contact messages: Kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Job alert subscriptions: Kept while your subscription is active. After you unsubscribe, your data is deleted within 30 days.
- Job posting orders: Retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and comply with accounting and legal obligations (typically up to 7 years).
- Anonymous aggregated data: May be kept indefinitely — it cannot identify you.

9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Ask us what personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Ask us to fix inaccurate or outdated information.
- Deletion: Ask us to delete your personal data.
- Restriction: Ask us to pause processing of your data in certain situations.
- Portability: Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Objection: Object to us processing your data based on our legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent: If we ever asked for your consent (e.g. job alert sign-up), you can withdraw it at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any alert email or contact us directly.
To make a request, contact us. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. Because most users browse without giving us any personal information, we may not hold any identifiable data about you.
EEA and UK users also have the right to complain to their local data protection authority.
10. Children's Privacy
DailyJobbs is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Cookies

12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we'll make it easy to notice. We encourage you to check back periodically.
