Description
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing the utilization of existing EV charging stations. You will develop strategic partnerships, enhance site visibility, and continuously analyze which initiatives generate the greatest impact.
While the role is primarily office-based, you will regularly visit charging locations to identify new opportunities and evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing actions.
Key responsibilities:
- Define priorities for existing charging locations and develop targeted action plans.
- Design and implement new commercial and marketing initiatives to attract more users.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- Collaborate with B2B partners such as mobility platforms, leasing companies, and corporate clients.
- Organize, coordinate, and monitor marketing campaigns.
- Improve the visibility of charging stations through signage, local activations, promotional activities, and other initiatives.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to drive growth.
- Gather feedback from customers and partners and translate insights into concrete improvements.
- Work closely with a wide range of internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects.
As a Partnership Manager, you bring a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, combining strong commercial instincts with analytical thinking and a passion for building long-term relationships.
We're looking for someone who:
- Takes ownership and enjoys working independently on projects from start to finish.
- Has at least 1 year of relevant experience in Account Management, Cross-selling, Upselling, Brand Management, Sales Representative, or Partnership Management roles.
- Has experience managing projects autonomously, which is considered a strong asset.
- Is fluent in Dutch and/or French.
- Holds a valid Category B driving license.
- Has an analytical mindset and is comfortable making data-driven decisions.
- Is curious about new technologies and feels at ease working with AI-powered tools.
- Has excellent communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Combines commercial acumen with a marketing-oriented approach.
- Is proactive, entrepreneurial, and able to identify opportunities others may overlook.
