Your Role:
As a Production Operator, you’re essential to creating our high-quality coatings. You’ll work hands-on, ensuring every batch meets our standards by carefully weighing, mixing, and processing raw materials. Safety and quality are always your top priorities.
What You’ll Do Each Day:
- Weigh and add raw materials according to precise formulas
- Operate and monitor mixing equipment
- Track process variables (temperature, timing, mixing methods)
- Take and label samples for quality control
- Log test results and production data accurately
- Fill, package, and label finished products (up to 20 kg)
- Place packaged goods on pallets
- Clean machines and workstations after each batch
- Operate a forklift when needed
- Occasionally pick up supplies or products by car

- Proven experience in a production environment
- Experience with paints, coatings, chemicals, or mixing is a plus
- Able to follow procedures and instructions accurately
- Physically able to lift 20 kg packages
- Valid driver’s license B
- Forklift certificate and experience
- Strong command of English
- Motivated for long-term collaboration in a small team
- Proactive and responsible; able to work independently
